RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY TEMPLATE

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.
2. What Products Can Be Returned
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Digital downloads are not eligible for returns.
3. Return Timeframe
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
4. Item Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it in.
5. How to Start a Return
To begin a return, either contact us at support@holywordpress.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Reason for return

Photos of the item, if it arrived damaged or incorrect
Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and the return address.
Alternatively, visit https://account.holywordpress.com and you can request a return from your account.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.”
If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
7. Refunds & Exchanges
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
