Thank you for choosing Holy Word Press. We do our best to ship your order quickly, safely, and with great care.

1. Where We Ship:

We currently ship to: All 50 U.S. states and Canada.

International shipping to other countries is available. Shipping costs are calculated by the carrier and may vary based on destination and delivery time.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or VAT charges applicable in their country.

2. Handling Time:

  • Orders received before 12:00 PM PST (3 Pm EST) are typically shipped the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST (3 PM EST) ship the next business day.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

3. Delivery Timeframes:

We offer several shipping options at checkout. Delivery time depends on the shipping service you select and your distance from our California fulfillment location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard, Free Shipping: 2–7 business days (Media Mail)
  • Expedited / Priority Shipping: As displayed at checkout
  • Overnight Shipping: As displayed at checkout

Actual delivery times are determined by the carrier and may vary due to weather or peak mail periods.

4. Shipping Costs:

Standard shipping is free to the US.

Additional shipping options—Priority, Expedited, or Overnight—are available at checkout for the carrier-calculated rate.

Shipping to Canada is based on the weight and carrier cost. Shipping is calculated during checkout.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Shipping Carriers:

We use the following carriers to deliver your orders: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

6. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking may take a few hours to update depending on the carrier.

7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Please verify your shipping information before completing checkout
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
  • We can reship the item once the customer pays for the new shipping label
  • If the customer prefers a refund, it will be provided minus the original shipping cost (even if original shipping was free).

8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is under their control.

However, we are always here to help.

  • If your package appears lost, delayed, or stolen:
  • Check your tracking information
  • Allow an extra 48 hours for late scans
  • Contact us at support@holywordpress.com if the issue continues
  • We will assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement when appropriate.

9. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage and the packaging
  • We will replace the item at no cost to you

10. Split Shipments

If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
